A disgruntled fellow Biz Opp Jungler says
"You pay £39 up front with a further £315 three months later when the money is rolling in! What the website doesn't tell you is that it's a Google Adwords manual"
My reader had tried Adwords before and wasn't interested in this particular type of business. So he asked for a refund.
"Guess what? No answer to my email so I suppose I will just have to swallow it."
Any publisher worth his salt will give back the money if a customer is not satisfied.
Saying that, it could be a one-off mistake, as sometimes happens. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
