Earlier in the year I talked about The Secrets of Viral Marketing from a publisher called Pulse. They've got another one out called The UK Millionaire.
One of my readers recently tried to send it back for a refund.
She called them up to get her request passed to head honcho David Tye...
"He responded by email soon after saying he was refusing to refund me as I had not met conditions stated on the website. When I wrote back asking him to state the conditions as I could not find them on the website he never responded to this very day. There were no conditions when I bought the product and suddenly goal posts shifted when I wanted to return it."
Hmmm... the unconditional becomes the conditional... not the best approach to customer services.
