Racing secrets exposed, pros and cons revealed
Today’s Adventure in the Biz Opp Jungle:
‘In which Charlie reveals the pros and cons of Racing Secrets exposed, meets Frank Mansen and tells the tale of how a woman changed her life with a trapped mule, chicken soup and a hospital window.’
Hi
The words “secrets” and “exposed” are a little overused these days...
They make great headline words because catch your eye and drag you into a sales pitch...
Other similar words include NEW! and NOW! and URGENT!
But when I see “secrets exposed” in the title of a commonly read book, report or system, I ask myself... can the secret really be said to be “exposed”?
Unless the product is freshly released, surely the secret was out a long time ago?
For instance, you could say...
“The secret of the wheel... EXPOSED!”
...despite it not having been a secret since god-knows when BC.
So when a reader sent in their request for me to check out Racing Secrets Exposed, I set off with a weary heart....
The creator of the product is a guy called Kris Jackman, who lays horses for a living.
Hmmm...
Perhaps I should rephrase that... just in case you think he’s some kind of male escort for the equine community....
What I mean is that he uses betting exchanges to take bets on horses, and bets on certain horses to LOSE. His book Racing Secrets Exposed eBook shows his methods in full.
Despite my reservations, this looks okay. Nick Laight and the team at What Biz Opp (www.whatbizopp.com) have done some testing and given it a thumbs-up.
The plusses are...
It’s well written, clear and the methodology is logically laid out. The rules are easy to understand and the manual is littered with examples and pictures.
The idea is you learn how to spot five signals which indicate that the favourite is not actually as good as the betting market makes out. You can then bet favourite on that to lose.
This makes it similar to the system known as False Favourites, which is another recommendation from the Biz Opp Jungle past. However if you’ve already got that product, you don’t necessarily need this product.
And the negatives....?
According to some testers, Jackman’s selection strategy is very laborious and time consuming.
Saying that, it’s at a really good price. It used to be sold for £47 but now he’s offering it for £7!
Why so low? Well, when you buy it you get access to Jackman’s tipping service for 30 days. I assume this is a way of getting people to try him out, in the hope they sign up for his higher level service.
Nothing wrong with that in my view, it’s a nice way to get known.
Another new marketer on the scene
A person less well-known to me is the internet marketer Frank Mansen. He’s currently offering a training programme that promises to show his secrets and strategies.
A couple of readers have asked me to dig around for information on it.
The honest answer is, I've not had any dealings with him, or any feedback from other Junglers.
However, he appears to be a clever internet marketer. Having scouted around I see he's doing lots of forum marketing, article marketing and squeeze page marketing.
These are all solid techniques I endorse and use in my OmegaProgramme.
So while I can't vouch for his product, he obviously knows his stuff and all power to him. He seems pretty new on the scene, but he presents himself well.
My only reservation is that the price of this ‘training programme’ is very low. I can't imagine how he'll offer support for that price, as he'll need to sell a lot of these to make a decent margin.
As with Jackmen’s betting system, I wonder if this is an 'entry level' product that you buy, so he can introduced your to a higher level (more expensive) system.
Again, there’s nothing wrong with this strategy, but beware that it may cost more money to follow this guy all the way.
That’s all I have right now. I'll stick him on my radar and see what bleeps.
And finally today...
What do mules, hospital windows and chicken soup have in common?
I’ve been reading some interesting stuff from an inspiring lady called Verona Westbrooke.
A couple of years ago she was a success story... making money from buying, refurbishing and selling houses.
Then the banking crash sent the property market went into freefall. Overnight most of her income was wiped out.
If you’ve been made redundant or had to leave a job suddenly, you’ll know what this feeling is like. Many people would be crushed, deflated, and stripped of all motivation.
But what did Verona do?
Well, let’s just say she discovered something that turned everything around, and now she’s well and truly back.
Weirdly it all had something to do with chicken soup, a trapped mule and a hospital window.
Have a look at this:
I’ll be back with more strange tips and tales from the undergrowth at the weekend.
