New reviews and the threat to anyone who sells online
Today’s Adventure in the Biz Opp Jungle:
‘In which Charlie quells the panic about legal threats to internet marketers and gives a guided tour of his latest reviews, news and scraped barrels.’
Hi,
Forget about volcanic eruptions....
Clouds of black ash...
Planes almost dropping from the sky...
There’s a BIGGER panic in biz opp land!
Some internet marketers have recently been putting the wind up everybody...
They’re selling URGENT reports which warn that your online business could be shut down... because it’s illegal. Yes, you don’t know it yet... but all marketers beware. You’re in danger of losing everything!
Even if you haven’t got an online business yet, the doomsayers claim you could be sleepwalking into a legal quagmire...
Cripes alive!
But... if you pay these same people some money for their vital information, you’ll be saved.
Oh, thank god.
I’ve lost count of the emails I’ve received in the past week asking me if I know about these new legal guidelines and whether everything I’ve built in the last 4 years is about to collapse.
So what is this threat to all online marketers?
Well, what these scary reports are referring to are disclaimers that US (NOT UK) businesses need to have on their promotional materials, websites and emails.
Basically, if you create your own product and sell it, you’re supposed to have a load of legal blurb to support your claims.
In the USA most small-time entrepreneurs and startups ignore this small print without a problem. It’s very hard to regulate the internet and small individual operators are unlikely to get hassled by The Man. They are needles in a massive haystack.
Besides, people don’t tend to attack tiny home businesses run by amateurs who fancy making a bit of extra cash, as long as they declare their earnings.
If you’re in the USA with your affiliate website or email newsletter you’re not likely to be shut down by men in suits and shades who look like they’re from The Matrix.
Authorities tend to go after scamsters, fraudulent operators, and businesses who missell and make big profits at the expense of others.
As far as I’ve been told by established entrepreneurs who run real, regulated businesses, this doesn't apply here in the UK. None of the successful information publishers I know have started running around in panic.
Nobody has been shut down. Nobody has been threatened with closure or a legal beating.
Everyone can relax...
Breathe in.... breathe out...
Okay, this weekend I took a break from helping my Omega Programme students to do some serious catch-up on the website.

Can you trade the markets in ten minutes?
This story is all about a successful home trader whose sister nagged him about how he made his money. So he sat her down and showed her the basic elements of his home trading system... how he spots market momentum - and how he places bets online...
Despite her complete lack of knowledge she gave it a try... and made £3,107 in her first month. Discover my own peculiar insight into this...
Meet the handicap specialist
The idea of handicap racing is that you add more weight to stronger horses and less weight to weaker horses. The theory is that every horse then has the same chance of winning. Same as golfing handicaps.
If you can spot such a horse, you can bet on an “outsider” that romps home to almost certain victory. Of course, the horse is really a favourite... for those who know how to spot it.

How to make £5K a month on ebay from these hot niches
This eBay Powerseller makes £5,000 - £12,000 a month income from hot niche markets. She doesn’t sell anything that requires specialised knowledge or tricky searching. Instead she finds hot niche products that are proven repeat sellers. She gets them direct from suppliers and flogs them at a mark-up on a daily basis.
For example, she gets teeth whitening kits in bulk for £3.75 each. Then she sells them for £12.99 plus £2.25 postage. After costs, she’s left with a clear profit of £8.26 per kit.
She sells about 8 of these kits every day of the week. That's an average profit of £462.56 per week from one product.
Now she’s willing to show you how she does it, and where you can get these products. If you’d like to find out how you can not only copy her strategy – but find out what these hot niche sellers are AND get access to her suppliers – then check this out:
Read this or die poor!
This guy has been sending out mailshots – you may have seen one – that says “Read this or die poor”. You could be forgiven for reading this... screaming round your living room for an hour shouting, “We’re doomed”.... driving away in your car.... and speeding into the path of an incoming train.
Find out why I don’t think it’s time to panic:
