Today's Adventure in the Biz Opp Jungle:
'In which Charlie reveals his computer shame, and finds a way to get an expert to help you make more money from your PC... without needing any technical skills or even paying a penny for it.'
Hi,
It's no secret. When it comes to computers, I'm a bit of a numpty.
Yes, I can surf the net. Yes, I can write and send out emails. Yes, I can use a word processor.
But that's about it.
Otherwise, they're the enemy I sleep with. (Not literally of course, that would be weird and a little painful.)
Like many people who went through school with nothing but pen and paper, I'm a bit rubbish with technology.
I spend many days alone with my PC in a mixture of confusion and rage.
The Internet is suddenly slow, but I don't know why... important files disappear, I scream like a banshee.... my website needs updating, I call my wife... my bank account gets hacked into, I watch helplessly as invisible payments to fake charities pour into someone else's pockets.
MEG, RAM, BYTES... they mean nothing to me. Other than that they're good names for dogs.
How about you? I'm guessing you're similar.
Either that or you're hacking into my email right now and reading my MIND, laughing at my idiocy!

Why computer fear is harming you
********************************
The truth is, if you haven't got a computer, and don't know how to use it effectively, it's very hard to run a home business.
Almost impossible, I'd say.
If you're into online marketing opportunities, multi- level marketing, email newsletters, e-books, trading, spread betting, and affiliate schemes...
well, knowing how to work a computer is probably only slightly less important than having a head.
Even good old bricks 'n' mortar businesses, like import-export, require a computer and some internet skill.
If you don't have a website, people get suspicious that you're not kosher. You can't easily and cheaply find new customers. You can't test offers or take online orders or sell to customers overseas.
Frankly, you're a dinosaur... a SKINT dinosaur... a Tyrannosaurus Wreck.
A Diploridiculosus.

So let's END this computer worry
**********************************
Quite frankly, there are probably schemes you've tried that would have worked if you'd cracked the basic computer techniques.
Even now, you could probably make your current biz opp MORE successful with a few insights from someone who knew the score.
"Yeah, okay, rub it in Charlie," you cry. "That's just what I need, a load of bloomin' hassle because I'm not a spotty 18 year old computer geek with his brain plugged into a Play Station 2 and an iPod up his bum."
Well, I'm not rubbing it in.
Instead, I've done something a bit clever, done some research.... and FOUND you something that will help end your computer worries.
I think you'll like it... especially if you've ever been frightened off doing a biz opp because it involved websites, emails, CD ROMS or generally using a
PC a lot.
Even better, you don't have to pay for it. Check this out:

Avoid rip-offs, spamming and scamming

The name of the service made me laugh: "Uncle Reboot's PC Confidential".
But there's a serious reason for this odd moniker.
This guy is an experienced computer journalist moonlighting under a pseudonym. By staying anonymous, he doesn't have to hold any punches
when it comes to the computer industry.
He'll show you how you can avoid wasting hundreds of pounds on hardware, software and products that just AREN'T worth the money. You'll
also ideas for better networking, starting a business and just showing off.
Uncle Reboot also promises give tips on how you can avoid the latest viruses and protect your Internet privacy from phishers, spammers and
hackers.
This means you'll be able to bank and shop online more safely.
He can also help you use your computer to trade the markets... buy and sell for profit on eBay and Amazon... and build your own website for free
without knowing any computer gobbledegook.
Let's just say, if you're into biz opp, this is peas for your fish, or mash for your bangers.
In my view, unless you're already a computer whiz, you're going to get a lot from this free advice.

It's exactly the kind of resource you need
**************************************
There's no reason why we should our lack of computer "know-how" stop us from trying out new ideas.
Just because something needs a website, it doesn't mean you should miss out.
Anyway, Uncle Reboot is fun and already I'm less frightened of my computer packing in suddenly or swallowing my files! This can only be a good thing.

Right, I'm off to wrestle with my old hard drive.
Not in anger this time... but a loving embrace... in my pants... on a tiger fur rug... in front of a fire... to the music of Phil Collins.

PS: Please don't write in about Phil Collins. I don't actually like the music of Phil Collins. I just imagined the song "Against All Odds (Take A Look
At Me Now)" to be an appropriate soundtrack as I canoodled with a piece of electronic hardware on the remnants of a rare jungle feline.
PPS: You know what I mean.
