Last week I received an unsolicited email that made me laugh...
It was from Nigeria...
WHOA! ALARM BELLS!
But – wait – this was different.
Apparently the United Nations had held a SEVEN MONTH LONG meeting on behalf of the global victims of scamming.
And according to the email, there was GREAT NEWS in store for you and me!
It said:
“The United Nations have agreed to compensate victims with thesum of US$500,000.”
Wow, so if you’ve been stung by a scamster you’ve got HALF A MILLION DOLLARS waiting for you!
That’s amazing, right? Truly amazing!
“Champagne for everybody!”
I just knew I’d be compensated one day for that pesky pyramid scheme... the fake premium rate line business... and that chocolate teapot I bought on eBay.
The very official-looking email went on to tell me how to claim my loot. All I had to do was send them my full name, telephone number and a valid email address.
After giving me the contact details I needed, the email finished with this slogan
“Making the world a better place”.
Awwww... how nice.
This latest gambit from Nigeria so bold, brash and audacious.... it’s almost brilliant... even though it’s a huge pile of lies and obviously the latest attempt to rob us of our money. Marvellous.
You’ve got to hand it to these guys... they keep trying.
Clearly if you get this email then delete it. Don’t be tempted to write back, even if it’s to say, MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE - SHOOT YOURSELF!
Instead, take a deep breath. Let’s look at something that could actually make you money instead.

What to expect from the meeting
John will meet you at around 9am and go through his business with for a whole morning. If by 1pm on the day you decide that this isn’t the business for you, let him know and you’ll get a full refund.
If you decide you’re up for it, you’ll then join him for lunch. He’ll spend the rest of the day teaching you his methods.
At the end you walk away with licenses to a total of 56 products which you can sell for profit.
