Today's Adventure in the Biz Opp Jungle:

'In which Charlie puts new and urgent updates on his
website.... offers a budget alternative to the trading
courses you don't have enough cash for... and gets
alarming news about Soccerform.'

Hi,

Did you get my email on Sunday about "Don't Tell the Professionals?"

Course you did! You read all my emails avidly. You may even gather the whole family round the computer for the occasion.... wearing little hats and waving flags... clicking open the latest issue and cheering.

But in case, for some weird reason, you didn't...

(Perhaps you were trapped in the garage by a rabid dog, or a whale swallowed you up.)

...then go here and check out the latest news:

http://www.bizoppjungle.com

Places are going fast for this - a genuine opportunity to learn everything about home trading from Keith Cotterill, who's been making money doing this for many, many years.

On your 45 day trial, you'll be able to follow him in and out of trades, with unlimited email and telephone support.

As well as this, there are other new things to see on my main page.

Yes, I've been a busy bee. Or let's say a "reasonably active bee".

secrets you never hear

Go to my site and you'll see my warning about a disastrous property product to avoid. Oh, and discover what the "gurus" NEVER tell you about Clickbank (I show you the only proven way I've seen to make money from
this site).

Plus there are new reviews and scam warnings to keep you going. Go here and click some of the options on the left:

If you DID read last Sunday's email and thought to yourself: "That course is WAY out of my price range", then I completely understand.

While I believe "Don't Tell the Professionals" is worth every penny, if you don't have the cash, there ain't much you can do right?

So here's an alternative....

The budget alternative to expensive
trading courses
********************************

While this hasn't got all the whistles and bells, and the range of trading options you get with Cotterill's course, this one is pretty good...

Ian Williams is the guy behind 'Trading The Easy Way', which I know a lot of Biz Opp Junglers have enjoyed over the past few years.

Now he has something called 'The Ian Williams Eztrade System'. It's a complete home trading programme where you can learn his strategies, and ask him any questions (something you don't normally get with the lower priced trading products).

When you take up his risk-free trial, you get...

***His trading strategy on CD ROM and in a paper manual.

*** 12 months' access to Ian's personal email Mentoring Service. That's 12 months of him being at the end of an email to help you out.

*** 3 months' FREE subscription to Ian's weekly 'What Ian Can See' report. This is where he tells you what he's looking to buy or sell, and all his market analysis.

*** Twice weekly audio visual files uploaded onto a private website. This is where he goes into fine detail about the trading opportunities he's going into.

All this for £247.

As you know this is MUCH less than you'd normally pay for a course with email support, market analysis and online resources. And if you're unhappy in any way at all, you can return the product in 30 days and get a full refund.

Anyway, it's a good option if you can't afford to splash out on the big guns. If you're interested you should go and check it out here.

Okay, now onto less positive matters...

Some grim reading about Soccerform
*******************************

I've had a number of alarming emails about Soccerform.

One reader tells me:

"I'd sent two letters stating my wish to cancel the standing order of £95 (following a 3 month trial, which I never bothered following after being unimpressed by its first 2 weeks), nevertheless took the money from my a/c."

Another says:

"I recently had a free trial which was a big flop so I sent them a letter 2 months before the trial was up to cancel my standing order. The £95 was paid to soccerform. So I wrote explaining the mix-up, this was on 12/12/2007 by recorded delivery. They have not given me the courtesy of
a reply..."

Thanks to readers who've emailed me their feedback. Here's what I think about the situation...

When you take up a betting system, you have to be prepared for it not to work as you'd hoped. Even the best tipsters get losing streaks.

Strategies that work for one season don't work for another. Luck has a part, as well as other factors....

For instance, sometimes the time- lapse between the offering of the tip and you making the bet means that you don't get on at the stated price.

The truth is, it's a lot easier to play the markets instinctively as a solo better, than it is to bring thousands of people with you on every bet. By the time you've told everyone about it, it's too late.

I think the more we can understand this, the more we can approach these systems realistically.

BUT... here's where I have less sympathy with the tipsters...

The publisher has to accept that if they offer a trial period in their sales piece, they need to honour it. If you're not going to honour a money back promise, then you may as well be upfront and NOT OFFER ONE in the first place.

I've actually had some positive comments about Soccerform's tips in the past. But them being slippery about refunds doesn't help their case when they have a bad streak of results.

Anyway, that's my tuppenceworth. As always!

Later alligator
