Today's Adventure in the Biz Opp Jungle:
'In which Charlie bemoans his non-millionaire sibling...
introduces The Sutherland brothers... and gives away a freebie.'
Hi,
My brother is an estate agent in South London.
I won't even slightly go into the gossip and secrets he tells me about what REALLY goes on in the property world.
No, nothing about how certain estate agents get 'bogus buyers' to submit an early offer on your home, so that the estate agent seems to be working harder than he really is...
(This can even go right up to the solicitors proceeding with the sale that doesn't actually exist!)
Or how estate agents sometimes submit low offers to the vendor... bogus again... to create the impression that the property is worth less... making you more likely to accept a low offer... putting a fast commission in their pockets.
I don't want to go into any of that, fun as it may be.
I merely wanted to point out that my brother is an estate agent, earning an okay wage for his own pocket...
But darn it, he's NOT a smart, millionaire investor who could help me make £783,000 in 3 years.
Not like Stephen Sutherland... a truly great brother and son to have...

The brothers who turned £783,000 in 3 years
***********************************
Stephen Sutherland is a professional trader from Lancashire. He and his brother Paul famously boosted their trading account from £19,000 to £783,000 in just over 3 years.
As a result, their Dad got a Bentley Continental.
He must have been thinking, "BONANAZA! My reproductive system done good!"
Anyway, these guys are well known and trusted in the investment business as founders of 'Fast Track Education'. This is a company that teaches you how to make money in a really BORING, but effective way.
...through ISAs.
Not exactly glam. But who cares?
Their promise is that, using their techniques and strategies, you could accumulate as much as £903,000 in tax-free income in the next 10 years.
You've just GOT to be intrigued by this right?
So I recommend you get hold of the brilliant 425-page e- book that reveals their ISA secrets. And don't even THINK about paying for it.
I've arranged for Biz Opp Junglers to get it for FREE.

Be wary of rogue portfolio builders
*******************************
The other day, I was reading an old issue of 'What Really Makes Money', Nick Laight's business opportunity advice, blueprints and review service.
One of the articles was about how to "Buy Double-Digit Yield Buy-to-Let Property 'Up North' With Little or no Risk."
It's fascinating stuff written by an old contact of Nick's called Peter Jones. For over five years he's been building a portfolio in the Northeast... including properties with yields of 10% or more.
He says:
"The recent interest in northern property has meant many companies have sprung up, offering sourcing, refurbishing, and management services. The majority conduct their business in an ethical and honest manner, and strive to deliver all that they have promised.
"Unfortunately, a small minority of these companies are less than honest and are determined to take as much money off the unwary as they can."
If you decide to buy through a firm like this, often called "portfolio builders" you must find out who you're dealing with first.
Peter's advice is to ask the company for a reference, including the names and phone numbers of other customers you can talk to. Talk to the managers of the local estate agents. They should be able to point out the
rogue traders.
Or try appointing a local solicitor, who should know who the bad boys are.

If you want to read the full northern property opportunity article, and tonnes of detailed biz opp blueprints, I recommend you take up Nick's 12 month risk free trial offer.
That's a year to get his advice in 'What Really Makes Money', and your subscription back if you've not made any dosh.
I wont go into it here, but you can read my full review on the website if you click here.
Later alligator,
